My Background
Biographical Note:
Merrill Elizabeth Gray’s writing has appeared in Madville Publishing "The Runaway Anthology," Fleas on the Dog Journal, Issue 5, Grain The Journal of Eclectic Writing, Temenos Press, Silver Birch Press, Birds we pile loosely, S/Tick, Blue Skies Poetry, Crazy Pineapple Press, Fieldstone Review, Four Ties Lit Review, Spring vol viii, Misfitmagazine, Sugar Mule Literary Magazine, and Joy, Interrupted an anthology on motherhood and loss. She is a mother to three children and four grandchildren.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Background & Expertise
As a teacher, my interests are in Instructional Design and using technology to help students show what they know. (Flipped Classroom, the ipad as a learning tool, apps for struggling readers and writers, podcasts for the classroom, and digital citizenship).
When I’m not teaching, I’m writing poetry, creative nonfiction and short stories.
